I chose this reading because until reading this I knew nothing about AIDS, ever.

Ten years ago, when Barry walked through the front door of the AIDS ward, He could smell the odor, hear the groans coming from everywhere, see piles of drugs everywhere, and learn that 9 million people around the world are in this situation.I was so surprised to learn that there were 9 million people in the world suffering from AIDS, and I wondered why I had never heard of it before.

And when I learned the fact that half of the children infected with HIV in developing countries die before they reach the age of two, I decided to do what little I could to save as many of these children as possible.

Before I do that, I don’t want to let myself get infected with HIV, so I decided to start reviewing my daily life week by week.

Specifically, I will pay attention to a little daily exercise and my diet.
